friends at IBCS, This letter is a long overdue thank you to all of you at IBCS. The
past twelve years have been a tremendous learning experience and
we couldn't have done it without you. The Salon Manager
revolutionized the way we did business almost fourteen years ago

I started with
the Salon Manager when I first opened my business with 4 employees
and 1500 sq. ft. of space. It was the perfect software in that it
was simple and very user friendly as I had no computer experience.
Even though I was terrified of having our appointment book and
running the whole business on computers, I knew it was the wave of
the future.
We have grown into an over 2 million dollar salon with 3 locations
and 70 employees in 9 short years. This is an extremely fast
growth rate and it has been challenging for our software to keep
up with us. At one point, we decided to go with another software
program when we needed to go to a central booking room and online
