SPA SERVICES
When enjoying any of our relaxing spa packages, we ask that you arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment so you can prepare for your visit. You will be provided with a smock for your comfort and the protection of your clothing.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Brenwood requires a twenty-four cancellation notice to avoid any charges. Spa packages, wedding parties, Diva parties require a deposit by credit card or cash at time of booking.

LATE POLICY
Since all of our salon technicians work within a schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. After ten minute tardiness, it will be up to the technician’s discretion to provide the full services.

CHILDREN POLICY
To ensure all clients enjoy a calm, serene and relaxing environment while in our salon, we ask that children accompany you only when they are receiving services. Children cannot be unattended at anytime. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

CELL PHONES
Please no cell phone calls during services.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS
We strive to provide unparalleled health and beauty service to our clients. If you feel that a spa treatment or any service interferes with an existing health condition or health program you are following, please notify us immediately. Communication is the key to any relationship – especially when it concerns our clients health and welfare.

BRENWOOD GUARANTEE
Please use recommended professional products to ensure our guarantee. Products are guaranteed if returned within two weeks and slightly used.
