PLEASE NOTE: You may change the special or the headline to whatever you are offering in the ad. Then just add the copy that you want to use and your salon/spa name if it is in the headline. The ads can also be made longer to accommodate everything that you want to say.

Delivery
Artwork requires 3 business days to complete. Once it is completed a sample
copy will be emailed to you for final approval.
Once we receive the final
approval, IBCS will send the email to all of your customers.

Why is Spa-Salon Manager offering an email service
when it is built into the program?
IBCS is trying to make professional graphics available
to all of our customers without the trouble of hiring a graphic artist.
By
using our templates, it allows us to reduce the time and cost required to
provide quality graphics to enhance your business image.
As always, if you
are capable of creating graphic artwork you will still be able to utilize
the send email function within the program.
How do we handle
unsubscribe email addresses?
Customers can unsubscribe and subscribe directly from your email
advertisement. This allows customers to opt-out of
advertisement type emails without the need to contact your staff.
Can you do this yourself?
Yes, but you will spend your time to create a
professional image. By utilizing our service you can have custom graphics
without a huge investment in time.
Why a monthly fee is charged?
A monthly fee is charged since the artwork is customized for your
business by our staff. We are charging a small monthly
fee to cover the time required to create each advertisement. In addition, we
must pay for the artwork used
each time we create an advertisement.
Do we sell your email address?
Never! Your email addresses are used only to send to
your customers. IBCS will never rent, share or sell your email list.
