Password Tracking allows the owner to determine what
functions of The Spa/Salon Manager have been accessed by your
employees. Two reports are available:
Standard Password Tracking Report Their are many possible uses for this report, but two examples should explain the importance. Example 1: If you have an employee who forgets to Clock In and who tells you that they arrive at 8:00 AM each morning and then get so busy in the morning with booking appointments they can't seem to remember to Clock In. This report will show the first time an appointment is booked. You can see if they are booking their first appointment at 8:30 instead of 8:00 AM. Example 2: An employee has repeated trouble balancing the drawer each night. You ask the employee if they checked the drawer when starting their day, (Of course, they have checked it.) Using the Password Tracking report you can see at what times of the day the Register Amounts were checked and whether the Verify Monies was ever performed. Summary Password Tracking The summary report shows how many times they accessed each function without the date and time information. This report is much shorter and it allows you to see what functions have been accessed without all the details of what time and what computer they were using. This report can be useful to check to see if someone is accessing your mailing list without your permission or to check how many times a particular employee is using the computer. |
