This letter is a long overdue thank you to all of you at IBCS. The past twelve years have been a tremendous learning experience and we couldn’t have done it without you. The Salon Manager revolutionized the way we did business almost fourteen years ago by helping us track business and inventory. We had no idea that just four years later you would do it again by helping us put our appointment book on the computer, which once again allowed us tremendous growth.
The past two years have by far been the very best as you helped us become completely computer literate by offering us commerce via the world wide web. The accounting improvements as well as customers being able to book their appointments from the comfort of their own homes, purchase products, and order gift certificates has once again “revolutionized” our business.
Anyone could have sold us a computer system, but your ability to grow us and grow with us has been truly amazing and appreciated. we really do not believe that we could have grown to be the largest salon and day spa in Indiana without your help and your vision.
