Here’s how it works: when completing a sale, enter the amount in the credit card field. A secure authorization screen appears, allowing you to swipe the card. A receipt prints for the client to sign, you add any tip amount, and press Save. The whole transaction takes about six seconds.

To activate integrated credit card processing:

  • Identify yourself as a Spa/Salon Manager customer to receive group rates
  • After signing your merchant agreement, call 800‑682‑2998 (ext 2), and we’ll configure your credit card setup inside Spa/Salon Manager
